I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet street in a lovely residential area. It's also conveniently close to the city centre, making it easy to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to assist me with any request. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a clean and modern bathroom. The facilities were excellent, including free Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, and a flat-screen TV in the room. I also enjoyed spending time in the leisure garden area and the TV room, adding to the overall comfort and relaxation of my stay.

the location was perfect - right in the city center but tucked away in a small street, so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing, especially the lady at reception who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She even prepared an early breakfast for us and helped organize transport. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with comfy twin beds and a very nice bathroom. The hotel also offered great value for money, providing basic amenities and a tasty breakfast.

Guests can enjoy delicious and affordable food nearby and even dine at an old Dutch restaurant just opposite the hotel. The comfortable twin rooms with working AC and spacious bathrooms ensure a pleasant stay. The helpful and friendly staff, including Denny and Wida, can offer maps, tips and discounts for food and transportation. guests can enjoy local dishes like nasi goreng for breakfast, free coffee and tea and have access to a well-equipped kitchen.

Some noise disruptions were reported from upper bunk beds, impacting the quality of sleep.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay! Loved the traditional snacks provided by the incredibly friendly staff and the clean and spacious rooms. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the mall. We also enjoyed the free flow coffee and tea!

Our room was a bit damp and musty which made it uncomfortable to sleep. the shared bathroom was quite humid and had a lot of moisture.

The room was spacious and the shower had good pressure with hot water that lasted for a longer period. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel provided coffee and tea facilities, as well as free drinking water.

The bathroom was not very clean and there were a lot of hairs in it, making it uncomfortable to take a shower. As a result, the bathroom could easily get flooded, making it a bit messy.
